…Sodade…, a new circus performance with live music, is the creation of funambulist Aurélien Prost, co-founder of the collective Cirque Rouages. The set is reminiscent of a large Super 8 projector with enormous wheels which between them hold a wire taut. A few metres above the ground, …Sodade… releases a fl ow of emotions with acrobats and funambulists travelling along the wire. The suspended bodies of the artists fl y from one side to the other of the wire, like waves from the past that come and go while never stopping.
