Lucia Farinati deals with the relationship between sound and landscape. She has been investigating this for years with a series of works produced and curated for Sound Threshold. Starting from the presentation of these projects, from their birth and development, the young curator, now a lecturer at Central Saint Martins College in London, leads us to the discovery of what was created in collaboration with the Centre of Alpine Ecology of Monte Bondone and the sound recordist Chris Watson - former member and founder of Cabaret Voltaire - in 2008; more recent is instead the curatorship of Nuovi Paesaggi for Radio Papesse and the Region of Tuscany. At the centre of the meeting is also the reflection on the concept of soundscape, developed by referring to different territorial realities and to what Sound Threshold has explored in the artistic sphere.
