Closing performance - Totentanz

The Festival preview takes shape as the outcome of the MOSSA training program – training and development of choreographic language. At the end of the program, particularly after the session with La Veronal, participants perform an adaptation of Totentanz, a well-known work by the company. Inspired by the medieval tradition of the “dance of death,” the piece explores the fragility of life and its inevitable end, turning it into an opportunity for reflection and sharing, between memory, present, and imagination.

MOSSA – training and development of choreographic language is promoted by the Centro Servizi Culturali Santa Chiara within the Circuito Danza Trentino-Alto Adige / Südtirol, supported by the Autonomous Region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol and carried out in collaboration with the Compagnia Abbondanza/Bertoni, which is responsible for its artistic direction.
