FOOD RELOVUTION

THOMAS TORELLI

Film screening with the director Thomas

Thomas Torelli, director and screenwriter.

It is an engaging documentary that reveals the consequences of meat culture on health impacts, world hunger, animal welfare, and the environment. The goal is to show how these global issues affect everyone and are interconnected. Today, even just shopping mindfully—knowing what we buy and what we eat—is the first crucial step toward a better world. Everything we eat has consequences, and the change we are waiting for starts with ourselves. Choice is our most powerful weapon; let's learn to use it. Only then can we contribute to changing the world. We should not rely solely on the dietary dogmas imposed by society but should understand what we eat. This is the only way to initiate a revolution made with love.

Thomas Torelli is a director and screenwriter who, in 2007, wrote and produced Zero: An Investigation on 9/11. In 2008, he participated in the Locarno Film Festival with I Dreamed of Colored Clouds by Mario Balsamo, which explores immigration issues through the eyes of an Albanian boy returning home after nine years in Italy. In 2009, he directed and produced Blood and Cement, which focuses on the earthquake in Abruzzo, followed by The Syndrome of the Brats by Alberto Coletta in 2011, addressing the neurological developmental disorder ADHD. In 2014, he released Another World. He is currently working on Mater Lagunae: The Tale of a Fragile Queen, which reflects on the beauty and ruin of Venice.
