Maguy Marin's work makes the dancing body an act of affirmation. This film offers a portrait of her practice, capturing its power and urgency: a statement of intent that begins with the bodies on stage and continues to leave its mark.

David Mambouch is a film director, screenwriter, multidisciplinary artist and performer. His work brings together dance, theatre, music and cinema in an interdisciplinary practice. He collaborated with the Company Maguy Marin on the film Nocturnes and later performed in the restagings of May B and Umwelt.
