Azione Danzata. Laboratorio di teatro fisico

A 3-day intensive workshop to explore one’s own creativity through a process that aims at developing awareness, quality and attention to the action of the body, both when alone and when with others. The final aim is to develop a common language thanks to which we will encounter the other, exploring different possibilities of interaction and building relationship between dense and authentic bodies. A work where the use of voice, words and songs, will be strongly interconnected to the use of the body.
