Not only is photography constantly evolving but, in the hands of Armin Linke, it also seems to have become the ideal tool for documenting, in combination with other media, the uncertainty of the boundary between fiction and reality. As a photographer and filmmaker, Linke has built an archive in progress on the various human activities and on new natural and artificial landscapes. Together with Francesco Ricci he leads the public on a real journey through the selection of seven hundred images that make up the Phenotype limited forms project. The proposal is also enriched by the presentation of 3D videos. The first on decommissioned nuclear power plants in Italy and the other entitled Decolonizing architecture.
Armin has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy and abroad, at the Venice Biennale, the Biennale of San Paolo, the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, the Tate Modern in London, the Kunstwerke in Berlin, the P.S.1 in New York. Francesco Ricci has been involved in corporate and public utility communications since the 1980s. He collaborates with internationally renowned photographers and artists, trying to combine contemporary languages with innovative and original communication strategies.
