A world ends and another is about to begin.
Pretty much what happens when we are teenagers: we can hardly let go of childhood and would like to continue playing carefree, but at the same time we long for adulthood and look to the future with excitement, yearning, expectation.
Firmamento takes us to the threshold, in a dreamlike atmosphere, in front of a maze where everything, or almost everything, seems possible. Where is the way out? What is real and what is fantasy? What is the difference between lie and hope? What kind of world is behind this door? Is there a way out?
Marcos Morau with La Veronal once again challenges the language of logic, taking us into a universe of opportunities, without boundaries and without limits. This is why Firmamento is perfect for an audience of teenagers of all ages: for those who still look to tomorrow with the curiosity to see what happens and the eagerness to experience it all.
With his company La Veronal, he creates works that use real-world locations as a starting point for journeys of psychic exploration.
