After the spring edition dedicated to television languages, in its autumn focus Futuro Presente returns to explore the territories of creativity, shifting in this case the attention to the cinematographic field. What forces contribute to giving shape to the most enigmatic and seductive narrative constructions, those of images? What energies guide the creative processes of cinema people? Through a dense program of meetings with directors, producers, screenwriters, actors and composers, the different forms of creativity that contribute to the definition of the expressive models of the cinematographic machine will be investigated. To shed light on the complexity of the work that lies behind the construction of stories through images, we have chosen to involve some of the protagonists of contemporary Italian cinema.

The word, in other words, will go to those who really make cinema. And since the magic of cinema is not only in words, but is largely the fruit of the alchemies that are consumed on the screen, there will be no shortage of projections and moments of a spectacular nature.
