VideoCID
VideoCid, the new video library of CID Centro Internazionale della Danza, with an heritage of more than 1.200 contemporary dance titles, is a benchmark for the Italian video-libraries.
It supports the Oriente Occidente activity with the video recording of all the Festival’s performances. More over the video-library’s files present videos from the most important international and Italian companies, and many documentaries of choreographers and dancers.
The centre has an archive room in which it’s possible to watch and to study the video’s archive within different workstation.
The public opening of the video-library underlines the mission of CID Centro Internazionale della Danza that wants to share its intangible heritage and to spread the dance culture. CID wants to become a top promoter in education projects, workshops and exhibitions.

Instructions for use
1. Video-library is a service offered by CID Centro Internazionale della Danza.
2. Thanks to the video library’s creation CID wants to preserve, to store and to make videos heritage usable in order to promote and to spread the dance culture.
3. Video-Library consulting is open for free for all CID members, with pre booking +39 0464 431660 of at least one day before the call on.
4. Organizations, schools and associations are allowed to borrow the videos with a formal request that warrants the correct use of them.
5. VideoCid doesn’t make or allow videos duplication.
6. The video-library viewings are done with a cultural aim and nonprofit.
